3. 3 To receive a report on precepts received from West Yorkshire Mayor - Police and West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Authority
4. 4 To receive a report of the Precept requirements of the Parishes within Calderdale
5. 5 To receive a report on levies recieved
6. 6 To receive the recommendation of the Cabinet for Council's approval of the Capital Strategy 2026/27 and Capital Programme 2026/27 to 2028/29
7. 7 To receive the recommendation of the Cabinet for a General Fund Revenue Budget to enable the Council to make the statutory calculations for setting the Council Tax
8. 8 To set the Council Tax - to move formally the resolution for making the necessary statutory calculations required under the Local Government Finance Act 1992 and for setting the amounts of the Council Tax.
